DESCRIPTION:Une fois par mois\, je facilite une séance de Sacred Energy Activation (SEA) au Studio Y\, un espace chaleureux situé à Beauharnois\, en Montérégie. \nL’Activation de l’Énergie Sacrée est une expérience de présence\, de réceptivité et de reconnexion à votre énergie vitale. Pendant la séance\, vous êtes simplement invité(e) à vous allonger sur un tapis\, à fermer les yeux et à vous laisser porter par une musique soigneusement sélectionnée pour soutenir le processus. \nIl n’y a aucun mouvement à reproduire\, aucune respiration particulière à maîtriser et aucun état précis à atteindre. Il n’y a rien à réussir ni rien à forcer. \nÀ travers la musique\, la présence de la facilitatrice et la résonance du groupe\, le corps peut progressivement relâcher certaines tensions et laisser l’énergie circuler plus naturellement. \nChaque expérience est unique. Certaines personnes ressentent une profonde détente\, des sensations physiques\, de la chaleur\, des émotions\, des images intérieures ou des mouvements spontanés. Pour d’autres\, l’expérience est plus calme et subtile\, avec une sensation de présence\, de clarté ou d’espace intérieur. \nLes manifestations extérieures ne sont jamais l’objectif de la pratique et ne déterminent pas la profondeur de l’expérience. L’essentiel est de permettre au corps de vivre ce qui est juste pour lui\, à son propre rythme. \nLa beauté de ces rencontres vient aussi de la communauté du Studio Y. During the session\, you are simply invited to lie down on a yoga mat\, close your eyes and allow yourself to be carried by music carefully curated to support the process. \nThere are no movements to follow\, no specific breathing technique to master and no particular state you need to reach. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to force. \nThrough the music\, the facilitator’s presence and the resonance of the group\, the body may gradually soften\, release tension and allow energy to move more naturally. \nEvery experience is unique. Some people feel deep relaxation\, physical sensations\, warmth\, emotions\, inner imagery or spontaneous movements. For others\, the experience is quieter and more subtle\, bringing a sense of presence\, clarity or inner spaciousness. \nExternal expressions are never the goal of the practice and do not determine the depth of the experience. What matters is allowing the body to experience what is right for it\, at its own pace. \nThe beauty of these sessions also comes from the Studio Y community.
