Energy knows no time and space, a virtual session can be an equally powerful way to receive and experience the life force energy from the privacy of your home

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

-A stable internet connection

-A ZOOM Account; a link to a ZOOM reunion will be sent the day before the session

– Find a quiet space where you can be lying down in surrender for 60 min with limited distractions (background noise, pets, children etc.)

-Lay down on a yoga mat or a comfy rug. You can bring a small pillow or leave a blanket by your side, if needed.

-Be ready to listen to music on ZOOM with wireless headphones or connect to a speaker for a better sound. Ideally have Spotify Premium – for the most immersive musical experience. 

MAKE SURE DURING THE SESSION YOUR FULL BODY WILL BE VISIBLE ON THE SCREEN FROM THE SIDE
