Nous faisons confiance.<\/p><p>Mais au fil du temps \u2014 \u00e0 travers les blessures, le rejet, l\u2019abandon, la trahison, les traumas, ou simplement le rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9 de ce monde \u2014 nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger cette zone si sensible. On se coupe. On s\u2019endurcit. On apprend \u00e0 aimer \u00e0 moiti\u00e9, ou \u00e0 ne plus s\u2019attacher.<\/p><p>C\u2019est un m\u00e9canisme de protection. Naturel. M\u00eame intelligent.<\/p><p>Mais \u00e0 long terme, vivre avec un c\u0153ur ferm\u00e9 peut nous laisser avec une sensation de d\u00e9connexion, d\u2019isolement, ou de stagnation. L\u2019\u00e9nergie nous rencontre l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous sommes.<\/p><p>Mais quand le c\u0153ur est pr\u00eat, quand l\u2019espace est s\u00e9curitaire, et que la fr\u00e9quence est juste\u2026 il s\u2019ouvre. Et lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019ouvre, on se sent \u00e0 nouveau <strong>entier<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h5>Le c\u0153ur comme pont entre la Terre et le Ciel<\/h5><p><strong>D<\/strong><b>ans la th\u00e9orie des chakras, les trois premiers centres sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 nos besoins humains fondamentaux :<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Racine (Muladhara) = s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ancrage, survie<\/li><li>Sacr\u00e9 (Svadhisthana) = \u00e9motions, sensualit\u00e9, cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/li><li>Plexus solaire (Manipura) = pouvoir personnel, volont\u00e9, identit\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Les chakras sup\u00e9rieurs, quant \u00e0 eux, sont reli\u00e9s \u00e0 notre dimension spirituelle :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Gorge (Vishuddha) = v\u00e9rit\u00e9, expression<\/li><li>Troisi\u00e8me \u0153il (Ajna) = intuition, vision int\u00e9rieure<\/li><li>Couronne (Sahasrara) = connexion \u00e0 plus grand que soi<\/li><\/ul><p>Le c\u0153ur est le centre.
