This experience may be for you if\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2022 you feel the need to slow down and reconnect with yourself;<\/p>\n

\u2022 your nervous system often feels overstimulated or on alert;<\/p>\n

What to expect<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For approximately 65 minutes, you will lie comfortably on a yoga mat with your eyes closed.<\/p>\n

Through carefully curated music and frequencies, the presence of the facilitator, and the resonance of the group, you are invited to gradually move into a state of greater safety, relaxation, and receptivity.<\/p>\n

There are no movements to follow.<\/p>\n

No specific breathing technique.<\/p>\n

Nothing to perform.<\/p>\n

Each person experiences the session differently, exactly from where they are.<\/p>\n

Participants often describe\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2728 deep relaxation;<\/p>\n

\u2728 a greater sense of inner spaciousness;<\/p>\n

\u2728 increased clarity;<\/p>\n

\u2728 a deeper connection with their body;<\/p>\n

Some people may experience physical sensations, emotions, warmth, inner imagery, or spontaneous movement.<\/p>\n

Sacred Energy Activation\u2122 is not a technique you need to learn.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is not a guided meditation.<\/p>\n

It is not breathwork.<\/p>\n

It is an experiential space where the body is invited to soften, listen, and gradually release what it may no longer need to hold.<\/p>\n

As the nervous system begins to experience greater safety, we create space for the body’s own capacity for regulation, integration, and inner balance to emerge.<\/p>\n

About St\u00e9phanie Bertrand<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For several years, St\u00e9phanie Bertrand<\/strong> has guided people through somatic and energetic experiences centered around presence, nervous system awareness, and reconnection with the body.<\/p>\n

She has facilitated more than 500 sessions<\/strong> with over 1,500 participants<\/strong> in Canada and internationally.<\/p>\n

Her work has been shaped by direct training with Pi Villaraza (Innerdance)<\/strong> et Venant Wong (KAP-Kundalini Activation Process)<\/strong>, as well as ongoing exploration of somatics, consciousness, music, frequency, and embodied facilitation.<\/p>\n

St\u00e9phanie is known for creating spaces that feel deeply safe, grounded, human, and respectful of each person’s individual process.<\/p>\n

Every session is guided with gentleness, presence, and no expectation of a particular outcome<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
