KAP – Kundalini Activation Process – is a direct energy transmission that activates your Kundalini Shakti, this latent, divine, healing energy inside every human.

Once activated, a profound rewiring of the brain structure and nervous system begins and will continue with repeated exposure. The rewiring enables a deep emotional, spiritual and physical healing often difficult to achieve via other techniques.

KAP is a double transmission of life force energy and non-dual state of consciousness, which makes it a unique blend from Venant Wong’s powerful lineage.

Unlike other self-generating willful practices such as Kundalini yoga and tantra, KAP is a path of surrender, not will.

The KAP process involves lying down on a yoga mat with brain-wave shifting music playing in the background. I pass and touch – or simply points – at some meridians or Chakras on the body to channel the energy.

The result of these 3 main conditions lead to the gradual activation of your Kundalini energy in a way that is safe and supportive for your unique path. 

The energy comes in from the top of the crown, down towards the root Chakra, removes stagnant energy and releases past traumas. Gradually, the energy starts flowing more freely, leading to a feeling of uplifting energy, creativity, happiness, love, and enthusiasm. Absolutely! Regardless of your experience, it’s best to approach KAP classes with a beginner’s mindset. Sensitivity to energy is not linked to experience; KAP is about feeling, not knowing. Just relax, stay open-minded, and enjoy the experience.

Online classes are similar to in-person classes, with a minor variation in the intensity of the energy felt by participants. Some individuals prefer the comfort of their own homes, while others prefer the energy of a group setting. Those new to KAP may require an additional class or two to activate online versus in-person. Overall, the experience of KAP remains powerful whether in-person or online.

Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) offers a range of frequencies that promote spiritual growth and higher states of consciousness, as well as traditional kundalini signs and symptoms. This energy lineage removes energetic blocks and connects you to your higher self/source, with the experience varying for each individual.

KAP is not intended to replace medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. The purpose of KAP is primarily for spiritual growth and the expansion of consciousness. That being said, many students have reported early physical healing after only one or a few sessions. It’s important to note, however, that this is not a guarantee or the primary focus of KAP.

KAP may not be suitable for individuals who are prone to mania, delusions, or psychosis. Due to the emotional process that occurs between sessions, it is necessary to have the ability to handle it on your own. If this is too challenging to manage, we recommend avoiding the sessions.

If you’re pregnant and in the third trimester, we recommend that you wait until after childbirth to continue with the sessions. However, before the third trimester (7-9 months), it’s okay to attend as long as you feel well and can participate in activities like gym or yoga without difficulty. Be sure to inform your facilitator that you’re pregnant before a KAP session. It is the client’s responsibility to understand their personal limitations, as advised by their doctor, and to avoid positions that could potentially harm the mother or baby.

Yes, you are welcome to attend the class. It’s worth noting that many students have reported that KAP has helped alleviate their symptoms of depression and anxiety. However, if you are taking antidepressant medication, it’s possible that you may be less sensitive to the energy.
