WHAT IS KAP
KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the Kundalini
KAP – Kundalini Activation Process – is a direct high frequency energy transmission that activates your Kundalini Shakti, this latent, divine, healing energy inside every human. Once activated, a profound rewiring of the brain structure and nervous system begins and will continue with repeated exposure. The rewiring enables a deep emotional, spiritual and physical healing often impossible to achieve via other techniques.
Kap is a double transmission of life force energy and non-dual state of consciousness, which makes it a unique blend from Venant Wong’s powerful lineage.
KAP is a transmission process. It is the path of surrender, not the path of will.
Therefore it is different to other self-generating wilful practices such as Kundalini yoga, tantra, chi gong etc., where you actively generate your own energy to rise.
With KAP you lie down in surrender on a yoga mat, brain-wave shifting music is playing and I pass and touch – or simply point – at some meridians or Chakras on your body to channel the energy. That’s all..
The result of these 3 main conditions lead to the gradual activation of your Kundalini energy in a way that is safe and supportive for your unique path.
In KAP the energy comes in from the top of the crown, down towards the root Chakra, it gradually builds and eventually starts flowing both ways – removing stagnant energy, releasing past traumas etc. As the energy starts flowing more freely, you feel uplifting energy going inside of you, you start being more creative, happier, feel more love and enthusiasm. Your path becomes more clear, your intuition becomes stronger, you feel whole and realise you have everything inside of you and stop having external psychological needs, and so much more.
KAP is a very gentle and natural process, the energy will build gradually in each session and has an intelligence that will do exactly what your system needs in the moment.
No prior experience of any sort is needed. All you need is an openness to receive and the will to surrender to the energy.

How to prepare
for a session
- Try to spend some time calming and grounding yourself before the session. It could be through meditation, breathwork, a walk outside, listening to calming music or staying in silence, taking a bath, or simply taking some deep breaths.
- Avoid drinking alcohol or consuming drugs (marijuana etc.) 24h before the session.
- It is better to come on an empty stomach (fast 3h prior) or eat very lightly before the session to allow the energy to flow more freely. Avoid meat.
- Do not drink coffee or any energetic drinks right before the session.
- Come in comfortable clothes as you will be laying on a yoga mat for 60+ min.

Aftercare guide:
What is very important is to listen to your body and the wisdom within. As the energy of Shakti is awakening more and more, your intuition will become stronger and stronger – honor what it’s asking for.
I recommend a plant based diet, avoid alcohol and drugs for the next 2-3 days (or forever;) to keep the frequencies high.
Make some space and time for yourself to feel and integrate what happened. Drink plenty of water, write in a journal, ground yourself by walking barefoot on the earth, spend time in nature, prioritise joyful activities and surround yourself with positive people that makes you feel good and lift you up.
Rest and do less. Or use that surge of energy to fortify your body, by dancing, running, exercising – strengthen your physical vessel so it can hold greater amounts of energy – what ever it is, just listen to yourself.
And just “be”. When you tap more into the state of presence & being, your life force has more space to be activated within you.
