We’re excited to invite you to a special free online masterclass exploring the meeting point between Somatic Wisdom and transformational Energy Work.

Hosted by Jameelah and I this immersive space is designed to help you reconnect with your life force through simple yet powerful embodied practices.

Together, we’ll explore:
• A nature-based meditation to reconnect with your inner energy
• Somatic practices to deepen presence and embodiment
• A guided Kundalini Activation experience
• Practical tools to shift into heart coherence and inner alignment

We’ll also be opening space at the end to answer questions about the upcoming EMBODIED Training in Costa Rica — especially for those who may have missed the latest newsletter and would like an update.

If you’ve been feeling the call to deepen your connection with energy, this is a beautiful place to begin.
