Curious to experience energy activation work before going deeper?

Join SHINE, a live online energy activation masterclass weaving somatics, embodiment, presence and energy work, including a 30-minute guided activation.

Through a blend of energy work, somatics & embodiment, this live masterclass will offer a space to reconnect with the body, soften what is ready to be released and experience the intelligence of the life force within you.

The session will include a 33-minute activation, allowing you to experience the work directly through music, energy and embodied awareness.

There is nothing to perform, achieve or force. Simply arrive with curiosity and a willingness to experience.
