Innerdance: by Pi Villaraza

About Pi Villaraza

Pi Villaraza discovered the gift of innerdance several years ago and has been spreading its benefits worldwide ever since.

During a seven-year spiritual quest, he encountered a profound healing energy – that he describes as a Shaktipat from Mother Earth – while residing alone on a secluded beach island in Palawan, Philippines for two years. This energy, he named innerdance, has enabled him to guide numerous individuals in self-healing and facilitating healing for others.

For 18 years, a worldwide energy experience has taken on various forms and sizes. Throughout this time, innerdance has functioned as a method of healing, an educational tool, a transformative experience, a medical instrument, a research initiative, a community hub, a permaculture design, a philosophical investigation, and an approach to engaging with critical theory through interdisciplinary study.

What is Innerdance?

Innerdance is an inner transformational practice that uses music, sound vibrations, and altered states of consciousness to facilitate deep inner exploration and spiritual awakening.

Innerdance places music at its core, but in a way that differs from traditional meditative or spiritual practices. The music used is designed to directly influence brainwaves, moving participants through states of consciousness such as alpha, theta, and delta waves to take them into a state of awaken dreaming (REM). These altered brainwaves encourage a state of surrender, allowing participants to experience healing and awakening. This process facilitates the spontaneous release of emotions and energetic blockages.

The activation of brainwaves through sound and vibration promotes neuroplasticity, paving the way for emotional, psychological, and spiritual transformation.
